Good kava, if you enjoy a relaxing sedating kava. I think it helps with sleep too. One or two heaped teaspoons does it for me. Instant is very convenient- although I don't think I get the same strength of hit as from a good mix of traditional grind.

Totally what I was hoping for. I have a couple (or 3) of shells around 4pm daily as my work day,begins to wind down, as I do. The "Malok" sensation lasts a good couple of hours, which gets me past the temptation time to reach for an alcohol bevvie before dinner. It would be perfect if the "Malok" sensation lasted longer than a couple of hours.
Thankyou for providing this wonderful product. It has helped me greatly to settle and comfort my mind and body from stress.
