Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. A tracking number for your item will be emailed to you upon dispatch. For expected delivery times, please refer to Australia Post.

 

The shipping cost varies depending on the order's weight and destination. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping is. The bigger the order, the lower the per kg cost of shipping.

 

We are happy to ship our kava to most countries and territories covered by Australia Post and their international partners. We are unable to guarantee delivery outside of Australia. If your package gets seized, lost, or doesn't reach you for any other reason outside of our control, we won't be able to offer you a refund or replacement.

 

Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are allowed to import, possess or use kava in your jurisdiction.

 

Customers based in New Zealand can order most of the products we stock from our friends at The Kava Society.
